Itinerary Creation and Management

Creating an itinerary in TripChill™ is as simple as forwarding an email! If you received an e-mail copy of your reservation from a supplier, corporate travel agent, or on-line booking agent, just forward this e-mail to travel@tripchill.com.

And, if you booked parts of your itinerary with different suppliers, just forward them all in and TripChill™ will merge them in to one complete itinerary for you. It's that simple!

Pre-flight Itinerary Change Monitoring

In recent time, the airlines are consolidating flights and adjusting departure times before you leave on your trip. TripChill™ monitors your flights for changes before you leave on your trip. TripChill™ notifies you about changes and automatically updates your TripChill™ itinerary with these changes.

TripChill ToGo™

Before you leave on your trip, everyone wants to know "What's the weather going to be?", "What are the driving directions to my hotel from the airport?", or "What alternate flights are available in case of a flight cancellation?" TripChill ToGo™ consolidates all this information for your whole trip into one print-out at the push of a button.

Smart Notifications

TripChill™ sends notifications informing you of important situations and changes to your itinerary. You will receive status about your departure, any gate changes, current situation about your connecting flight, delays, cancellations, missed connections, and airport conditions when weather is affecting your flight departure.

TripChill™ provides Smart Notifications by embedding a list of alternate flights, hotels, or cars directly into the notification helping you to take action. Smart Notifications are hyperlinked so you can take immediate action from within the notification.

Parking Reminder

TripChill asks you where you parked your car as you arrive at the airport, so that it can remind you when you return back home.

Notify Your Friends

Did your plans change and you are supposed to be picked up at the airport by your spouse or a limo service? Or, will the flight delay push out your meeting time? TripChill™ provides contact notification letting your friends know what your current situation is including estimated arrival times if necessary.

TripChill™ will also notify your friends about your situation if you are stranded at your connecting location. Even if your trip is going smooth, TripChill™ can send out confirmations to your friends that you will be arriving on-time and everything is OK. Whenever someone is contacted, TripChill™ lets you know who was notified so you don't have to worry about it.

Go Social! Notify your Friends over Twitter

TripChill helps you go social over Twitter while traveling. When selecting friends to notify about your travel status, you can now select Twitter as a method of communication. TripChill can either update your Twitter status which will publicly notify all of your followers, or directly send a private message to your friends about your travel status. And like email and text messaging,  TripChill will send your status automatically so you can just worry about making your connections and destinations.

Mobile Dashboard

The TripChill™ Mobile Dashboard shows you pertinent information about your current situation. The Mobile Dashboard view is the starting point for anything you may want to do while traveling. You can review and check the status of your itinerary, get flight stats information, find alternate flights, and even book hotel and cars as your plans change.

Calendar Integration

If you like to track all of your flights on your calendar, TripChill™ can help you! TripChill™ supports either manual import for traditional calendar applications like Microsoft Outlook 2003, or you can publish your flights through a calendar feed to more advanced calendar applications like Microsoft Outlook 2007, Google Calendar, and others. The calendar feed supports real-time status of your flights too! Share your travel calendar with your travel arranger, family, or friends, and they can monitor your travel progress too.

Alternate Flights

If your flight is cancelled or you need to change your travel plans, TripChill™ provides a unique graphical way to view alternate flights. Inbound Aircraft Advisory*

Have you ever arrived at your connecting gate, and there is no airplane at the gate? The airline always reports "On-time". But, is it really on time? The TripChill™ Mobile Dashboard provides you with the status of the inbound aircraft associated with your next flight. If the aircraft is not at the airport, TripChill™ tells you where it currently is.

TripChill™ can put you first in line when things go wrong with your trip. If you are experiencing flight delays and cancellations, TripChill™ monitors your situation and notifies you about your ability to depart the airport. Under worsening conditions, TripChill™ offers you the ability to book a hotel and car at the airport you are standed at. You can book hotels and cars from your mobile device or text messaging.

Office Administration

TripChill™ allows office administrators and travel arrangers to manage itineraries on behalf of the travelers in an office.  They can email in reservations on behalf of the travelers, and TripChill™ will automatically create itineraries for each individual traveler and will start providing travel assistance. The office administrator can create new user accounts and update traveler preferences. They can organize, modify, and print itinerary information just like the traveler can.
